You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not share or resell account access.
Services and bookings
Course descriptions and consultation details explain what is included. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. Rescheduling, cancellation and any payment terms shown during checkout form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, distribute malware, misuse another person’s identity or use the material in an unlawful way. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect users or the service.
Intellectual property
The site, lessons, recordings, designs and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. A purchase grants personal, limited and non-transferable access; it does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability or a particular business outcome is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions or disputes should first be raised through /talk so they can be resolved directly.
